For nursery or farm handling, list the material, payload in lb or kg, tray volume, route length, surface and narrowest opening. Indicate loaded slopes, unloading clearance and the control or braking questions that need a written answer. Record the power platform, supplied battery and charger where applicable.
A request should also identify the pack unit, replacement parts, assembly and document needs. Specify the quantity and seasonal delivery target. If you are comparing a complete machine with a kit, describe the existing frame and interfaces; the two configurations should be priced separately until compatibility is confirmed.

Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided preferences describe your priorities, not verified supplier ratings. You do not need an existing quote.
