Record the crop or farming application, load material, payload, trip distance, surface, narrowest opening and unloading height. Include wet conditions, storage and the operator's control needs. Confirm whether capacity means tray volume, allowed weight or trips per shift; these measures answer different questions. Your chosen product form and quantity should be stated explicitly rather than inferred from a catalog photograph.
Request the model designation, dimensions, empty weight, power platform, controls and braking arrangement. For battery equipment, record pack count, replacement availability, charger input and shipping documents. For engine equipment, ask who confirms destination requirements and what documents cover the quoted engine. Supplier matching starts with these questions; a shortlist is not an inspection certificate or proof of a factory relationship.
Compare a common quantity, currency and delivery location. Separate battery, charger, replacement parts, packing, freight, insurance, duties and support costs. Ask suppliers to identify excluded items, quote validity and the point from which lead time is measured. An attractive unit price may have a different shipment or warranty scope. Mark every alternative as an alternative, including any change to tray material, drive design or capacity.
Before an order, agree which documents and checks are required. A buyer may request assembly review, controls inspection, safe loaded handling and a parts check against the model manual. Testing needs a site assessment and a written method; it should never exceed supplier limits. Samples, inspection, local installation and after-sales responsibilities require a separate agreed scope and cost. Nothing on this page confirms that a specific supplier has passed those checks.

A mid-range brief may emphasize an agreed duty cycle and replaceable components; a budget-friendly brief still needs the required safety and dimensional scope.
