Information in a procurement inquiry
The inquiry form collects the contact information and requirements you choose to submit, such as name, business email, phone, company, product specifications, quantity, destination and seasonal delivery target. Optional budget, currency, unit basis and supplier preference are merged into the procurement requirements for submission. Provide information relevant to the business request and avoid sending private identification, account passwords or financial credentials.
Purpose and scope
Submitted information is intended to support review of the inquiry, clarification of open questions and coordination of a factory quotation scope. Where supplier input is needed, relevant product and destination details may need to be shared for that purpose. Supplier identities, sharing arrangements and additional service scope should be clarified during the procurement conversation. A form submission does not establish a confirmed order or product offer.
Local browser preferences
This website uses local browser storage to record the first sourcing-support display time and limits the automatic display window to seven days. Session storage remembers dismissal of the support ticker for the current browser session. These records are interface preferences. Clearing storage or switching browsers changes the available local record. Optional form controls prepare a submission summary while retaining the text you typed in the requirements field.
Retention and inquiry requests
This page does not publish a fixed retention schedule or claim an established production data-hosting arrangement. Ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of a specific submitted inquiry through the same contact channel, identifying the business email used and approximate submission date. Do not include sensitive credentials in that request. Any applicable legal retention obligations and necessary verification should be discussed for the actual request.
External links and updates
The site may link to public product-family or procurement references. Those publishers manage their own information practices; a reference link does not make them a supplier or partner of Field Beacon Sourcing. Review their policies before sharing information on their sites. Check this page when submitting a new procurement brief, and use the contact form for questions about the described workflow or unresolved privacy details.
